zoppy
Please see attachment-image. How can this be shown like this, it will confuse every customer. Shouldn't it say something like this: $19.99 / month that would make more sense than: 12 months - $19.99 ?? people will automatically say it said $19.99 FOR 12 month period, and NOT per month! thanks

0 zoppy
Untick "Monthly Pricing Breakdown" in Setup > General Settings > Ordering Let me ask this, for 12 months for $19.99 it says this: $239.88 USD Annually Can it also point out how much is monthly in Annually pay, that would be something like this: $239.88 USD Annually ($19.99/month)
0 WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 10, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 10, 2011 The setup fee can be entered under Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Pricing tab. There isn't an option to display both the price and the monthly price breakdown.
0 zoppy
Under "Monthly" you can enter fee for "one time" setup fee, how do I enter one time setup fee for others (Quarterl, Semi-Annually etc.) ? If one time setup fee works for all if it is entered under monthly, that doesn't say on ordering page, so people can tell me sorry but this wasn't shown there and they won't pay for it.

You would enter the specific setup fee that you want to charge for each individual billing cycle. Each billing cycle has its own 'Setup Fee' field; specify the setup fee for each billing cycle that you want to charge a setup fee for.
0 zoppy
Maybe I just don't get it, so let me explain. See this: Now under Quarterly it doesn't say is it one time fee or monthly ? And I need setup fee to be always one time, no matter which option customers chooses.
