Error on invoice and suspended account

Dear Support,

 

we got the confusion started yesterday,

many clients who are inactive are still sent an invoice.

and many active clients are automatically suspended.

 

This happened 3 days ago.

 

Please advice.

Changing a client's status from Active to Inactive won't stop them from being sent invoices. Similarly Suspended products will still be invoiced; only Cancelled and Terminated products are not invoiced.

We already do that, but still invoices sent and account still susupend.

It looks like you've terminated accounts off the server directly, without telling WHMCS. So you'll need to manually update the products causing these "suspendacct called for a user that does not exist." errors, changing their status to Terminated or Cancelled, whichever is more appropriate.
