Knyteguy Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 Hello, Firstly, when trying to view an invoice today that was generated for a client, it was saying "Invoice not found," or something to that effect. The link, which was something like http://www.mywebsite.com/billing/invoice.php?3135, did not work until I checked the invoice in the admin area. After checking it in the admin area, the link was again working. Also, when trying to view this same particular invoice (I have not checked on other invoices), the dropdown payment was not working. I offer both PayPal, and AlertPay, but the page would not accept the AlertPay dropdown. It would simply go back to PayPal automatically. How can I fix these problems? I tend to double check everything to ensure I've setup the system correctly; as long as the clients aren't experiencing this, it's not a problem (of course).
