No email notification for new support ticket, No invoice generated for subscription

Hi guys,

 

I have a couple of straight questions.

 

1. Due to recent updates of WHMCS, my system no longer auto-generates invoices for monthly paypal subscription so it accepted those subscription payments and treated them as credits. In order to update the accounts, I have to manually generate past invoices and that way the system auto applies the credits to those invoices. It works in the past that it generated the invoices with due date like it should and then on the payment day, it automatically applies the payment to that invoice and that usually cleared out the dues but it ain't working anymore.

 

What's wrong with my configuration and how do I fix this?

 

2. Ever since I installed WHMCS, I could never get a notification for new/reply support tickets.

 

What did I do wrong and how do I correct this?

1. Please ensure your cron is completing successfully every day, take a look at the Cron Job" lines in Utilities > Activity Log. You should see "Cron Job: Completed" at the end. If not, in all likelihood you need to increase your php memory_limit.

 

2. Ensure Setup > Administrators > Edit > Support Tickets Notifications is ticked, and the Support Ticket email templates are active under Setup > Email Templates > Admin Messages.
