New Account Information: Missing Data

Hello All:

 

I just upgraded to the latest version of WHMCS and I performed a couple of tests.

 

I created a new account and the account was setup fine within WHM and I received my emails just fine, including the New Account Information.

 

On the other hand, I resent the New Account Information message on an existing account and all of the data was blank:

Anyone know how this might happen?

Please confirm you used the Send Message dropdown at the bottom of the client's products/services tab to send this product-related email.

Actually, the templated message does not appear in that list. It does on the Summary Screen Send Email List. I'd actually sent it from the Emails Sent screen of the user's profile area:

One thing I noticed that may have something to do with this. The Email Template screen shows a delete icon next to that template:

Is that normal?
