I test your product during 15 days, i upload it on my server, but when i try to install it (/install/install.php) i meet a error 500 (internal server error), and it's the same thing for all page of whmcs... In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your error logs. Superman Posted March 7, 2011 Author Share Posted March 7, 2011 Hello, Yes I resolved the issue, it was just the owner of folder who was wrong. So i meet another issue, i add in whmcs my server (with cpanel / whm) and it's work perfectly, but when i try to order one package, the automatic installation doesn't work, i have this message : " An unknown error occured" and i don't receive any mail for logins details... A restart was attempted automagically. Service Check Method: [tcp connect] Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 110 " and : "imap failed @ Tue Mar 8 19:33:37 2011. A restart was attempted automagically.
