The domain management tools dont work It dont matter what domain I put in for a client in WHMCS back end, all that ever shows on the client site domaindetails.php under management tools is renew domain none of the other buttons ever show up.

I have even checked the boxes in the admin side in clients domains to allow

DNS Management , Email Fowarding, ID Protection abolutly no buttons apart from renew domain will show up no matter what TLD is used.

how can I get all the other buttons to work I need to click them so I can see the pages on screen so I can work on them on my new template.

Thanks

Im having the same problem. My client domains are registered though Resellerclub. Non of the domain management tools work even though i have checked the option for the domain eg ID Protection but that option doesnt appear to the client.

Im running 4.4

I'm not sure its relevant to the original post because nay27uk doesn't say what registrar he is using, but if you are using Reseller Club, maybe you need to update your settings as described at

http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=36498

As you will probably already be aware if you use the LogicBoxes system from their email notices and announcements, on 10th March 2011 they are turning off their old API URLs. This applies to all the LogicBoxes related modules in WHMCS, which include Reseller Club.

Just a thought....

Apart from the version of WHMCS, have you updated stuff at Reseller Club relating to IP Restrictions?

As part of ResellerClub's general ongoing API improvements, they are also introducing IP restricted access to the API like many other registrars do. This does however mean that you will need to allow your server's IP in the Settings > API section of your account with them for uninterupted service. You can find the IP your WHMCS install is located on that you need to allow there by going to Help > License Information within WHMCS and copying the "Valid IP" value.

I don't know if its come in or not, but its a good idea to get it done asap.

Yes, still doesnt work.

Iv set ID protect to 0.00 when setting up pricing. Shouldnt it appear under management tools for that domain?

Does id protect get auto selected for new purchases or do i have to create an addon even if its 0.00?

Originally you said

Is this still the case or is it only specific managment options that are not working.

Also, remember that if a product is set to 0.00 it won't show up in the order form.
