nay27uk
How can I make WHMCS give the client a username the same as thier domain name it does this presently but misses of a letter. for example a client signs up with a domain of say "lovelyperson.co.uk" the system makes him / her an auto username to login to his her cPanel / Plesk, it does use the domain but misses of a letter, so the clients username in this example would be "lovelype" How can I make it so it includes the hole domain name without the missing letter / letters Edited February 24, 2011 by WHMCS John Removed expletives
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 24, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 24, 2011 I assume you're using cPanel? That's not possible as the username is limited to 8 characters in length. In future we'll be adding the option to generate random usernames instead of using the domain.
