WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 24, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 24, 2011 It's the next due date of the product that determines when a suspension/termination occurs. So if the product has a next due date in the past then that would be what triggered this suspension and not having any open invoices wouldn't change that.

John, his accounts were TERMINATED, not suspended
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 25, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 25, 2011 It makes no difference, both suspension and termination are based off the Next Due Date.
SilverNodashi
It makes no difference, both suspension and termination are based off the Next Due Date. Off cause it makes a difference. His settings clearly indicate that auto termination is disabled, yet his WHMCS terminated the accounts. terminating an account is completetly different from suspending it. You're just hung up on the fact that his next due dates are (maybe?) incorrect, and look past the fact that there's actually a bug
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 25, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 25, 2011 Ah I overlooked that, thanks. @OP: I'd recommend opening a support ticket as WHMCS shouldn't be able to terminate an account with the Enable Termination option unticked.

ditto
Another user has the same problem, and reported it here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?56014-Terminating-when-not-enabled That is scary! I am glad I am still on version 5.0.3.
aj.kerley
Yep... Since it was a semi-fresh install, I said screw it. Deleted the root folder for WHMCS and installed 5.0.3 and am in the process of manually creating orders/invoices for existing hosting & domain account for $0.00, adjusting the dates after order acceptance. I think it has a glitch in the cPanel/WHM inport feature... who knows. Round 2 of 2 straight days is under way. This time I was smart and downloaded backups to my local drive.
Comunicazion
We have the same problem with the latest version and are not able to fix it, indicating wrong easily and it is a timing problem. I do not see an easy solution.
Comunicazion
I suggest that there may be something other than authorized addon installed and not working properly. Try disabling it to see what it is. Can it be?
