Kristy
Hello! Using the "portal" template as a base, I've heavily customised my WHMCS theme to match the website's design. However, my concern is that "portal" is a template that comes with WHMCS by default - and therefore would get overwritten when an upgrade occurs. How do I rename this folder to something like "custom" and then point WHMCS to use the templates in that folder instead? Thanks. zomex
Hello Kristy, You'll need to: 1) download a copy of the portal directory to your computer with an FTP client 2) rename it to anything you like 3) upload it to the same templates directory (/whmcs/templates/) 4) select your new theme from the dropdown menu under setup > general settings Jack
