Show suggested KB articles to a user as they enter a support ticket message

the "Show suggested KB articles to a user as they enter a support ticket message" does not seem to do anything I have this checked but when typing in somthing that I know is in the knowlegebase into the submit ticket page nothing is sujested to me.

 

how does this work

There needs to be at least 5 articles with 30 words in each before the suggestions start working as it uses MySQL full text searching for likeness matches.

thanks for the reply I managed to get it working if I remember corectly it was because I am working on a new template and didnt realise that it would not work without first making and uploading the "supportticketsubmit-kbsuggestions.tpl"
