mh-p
In Admin/Utilities/WhoIs I can get a result from a Look Up. But in the Client Area I can't do a Look Up unless I'm logged-in - is that correct? If it is correct can I change it so that potential customers can do a Look Up before registering? Many thanks Mike
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 18, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 18, 2011 That's not correct, a domain lookup can be performed at any time.

mh-p
Can I just clarify by saying that if you're NOT logged in Domain Checker does not work. If you ARE logged in and go back to Portal Home you get a different domain checker which DOES work. http://www.mh-p.net/whmcs/
mh-p
I solved this issue with a re-install using forced binary. Kind regards Mike
