jambon
I've tried setting up the system to work with my plesk 10 installation and I've run through a test transaction for a basic hosting account but it doesn't auto create. If I go into the client details and products and try to manually create the account I get this error: Error: Error Code: 1023 - cObject::update() failed: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value. ('login' = '') Errors : login Attached it a picture of the client details page. When I go to the page only those fields are filled in and even if I enter data into those fields and click create I just get the error and all the fields (username, dedicate IP...etc) go back to blank. I'm not sure what to do to solve the issue here any help would be appreciated - thanks!

I think this error was caused by not specifying a domain - seems the domain that's entered on the order page is used in creating the login name.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 14, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 14, 2011 Yes, you need to tick "Require Domain" under Setup > Products/Services > Edit.
