Hi,

I have actually a big problem of fraudulent credit card on my hosting business.. some peoples order with fraudulent credit card from my 2checkout modules.. the order pass and the domain name are directly ordered on my enom account.. after about 24 hours i got an email from 2checkout to say than the order are fraudulent and i can't ask for a refunds from enom..

Actually i have disable automation registration for domain name but some client are not happy because the services is not also fast... so i would like to know if it's possible to make automation registration for domain name for paypal and make it manually for 2checkout order..

If whmcs don't allow this.. anyone can know a plugin to whmcs to do this or can do it ? and for which prices ?!

Thanks for the support....

This looks like a similar problem we have had in the past few days - New clients signing up then ordering domains and hosting. I wonder if its a worrying trend?

We could identify the clients by looking at the orders and then we closed their accounts. However, that didn’t stop them from signing up new accounts : (

We finally blocked all new orders from new signups until manually approved which seems have done the trick – though interestingly they still sign up and try.

In respect of Maxmind, its simply scores the risk (at levels you can set) and that determines whether WHMCS processes it further or marks it as fraud. One feature I would like is for Maxmind to have another option that sets the order to ‘Manual’ checking for borderline cases.
