Registration Type: Register Domain: circoelsainete.com Error: Invalid Password/Username, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended I logged in to my account without problems in freeaccount.myorderbox.com And when I try to register the domain in the backend I receive the following error : An Error Occured {telno=Telephone Country Code/Telephone No. is invalid. Please note that only digits are allowed} I dont find where can I add or check this field. vincent1
I get same error whenever someone enters + sign before number. Just go to client's profile and edit is phone manually. I got this error for the first time today as well, using WHMCS Version: 4.4.2 Is there any way a validation check can be placed on this field please, as I now have to add these orders manually? :-( Or is there a way to resubmit once we've corrected the tel number? Thanks, - Vincent
