Running into problems setting accounts to active/creating accounts

Hi, when trying to activate, and create client accounts (I manually approve every order), the order e-mail with the account details is not sending correctly. The only way I could be misinformed about this specific issue is if the BCC e-mail preference does not send the account details e-mail as well.

 

Any clue on what's going on? It will really start to become a burden if -every- new clients needs to either be manually sent the e-mail, or if every new client needs to open a support ticket for this.
