Does anyone have a boilerplate TOU and Privacy policy for a hosting/registar/web dev/seo company? Probably be close to go daddys

I want to make sure there are policies regarding dmca, abusing the system, spam, etc

Any other tips to protect myself when opening a hosting/programming/consulting business like this?

If you are using reseller hosting from another company, I would simply copy their terms and substitute their company name for yours.

yup this is the easiest way and this means that your clients ahere to the same TOS you do.

other than that you can google web hosting terms of server and you will see companies that will provide these for you at a fee.
