Harrison
Hello, Before creating a support ticket can I ask that you disable your auto-repliers or use an email that does not have an auto-replier enabled please. It's pretty annoying to have to delete 50 or so tickets because your mail server keeps sending a reply to our ticket system. Thanks Back to answering some support tickets.
bear
Might be worth asking if Matt can code in some flood control such as Kayako has.

Iceman
Hmmm... is this the same Ticketing system as in WHMCS? Cheers, Paul
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 28, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 28, 2007 Yep, we use the WHMCS ticketing system and yes, it does have built in flood control to prevent any more than 10 messages looping. Matt
Joweb
My system does not stop at 10 I usually have to disable it and then enable it to stop the looping. This happens all the time
