  1. Nope, and their control panel is terrible.
  2. Just over £5k a month is a fairly big amount.
  3. Honestly though, just make replies that you use a lot.
  4. Yeah, I've already emailed him. They've been flooding in all afternoon Just wanted to post here to try and get people to check first.
  5. Hello, Before creating a support ticket can I ask that you disable your auto-repliers or use an email that does not have an auto-replier enabled please. It's pretty annoying to have to delete 50 or so tickets because your mail server keeps sending a reply to our ticket system. Thanks Back to answering some support tickets.
  6. Me and John also work on integration services. If you order integration services, updates, installs, etc you need to create a support ticket with the details.
  7. Yes, Matt's currently on holiday. Me and John are going through tickets however because of the update there's a larger number of tickets to go through than usual.
  8. Hello, Matt already knows about this. Hopefully changes should be made for the next release. Hope this helps.
  9. Welcome back everyone
  10. For TCAdmin I have to disagree with you kapone. It's the most popular GSP control panel around and probably comes with the easiest API out of all of the panels. TCAdmin is also cheaper than some of the other, less popular control panels.
  11. By the looks of things it's 46 days, however you'll have to get confirmation on that. I got that figure by logging in to my personal client area and going to a clients affiliate link.
  12. If we had a suggestion, we'd be doing that business idea ourselves
  13. I voted No. Although I applaud your wish to creating mods for the community I can already get the features you described from having Thunderbird opened. It checks my mail every 5 minutes so I get any of those notices via mail. Just giving my opinion. Might save you some time coding something when you could be coding a different app
  14. Yeah it's be available for about 24 hours now. Not sure when Matt's making his usual post drive (emails to clients, posts on forums such as WHT, etc). The best bit is it works without and bugs so far.
  15. Anyone know what this "file" does when someone visits it, or how it affects your server? I have the IP from the person who made the ticket. He's from Eygpt.
  16. That's exactly true. It's free to setup. I'm happy with DirectI. I haven't had any problems yet.
  17. Nice! *checks post count* Edit: Owhh that su.cks. I've been registered longer too How have I only managed 177
  18. Why not just use the free DirectI account you get with WHMCS?
  19. If you want to move your installation just reissue the license and it will bind to the new ip. However, you cannot have multiple installations. An owned license is the exact same as the leased license except you pay for it once, then in a years time you can pay for support & updates if you like.
  20. Oh yeah, sorry. It's wise who wants to do that.
  21. No they won't, and I should know I honestly don't see the bad point of having the copyright line in the admin area. I suppose it's a bit like I'd only buy cPanel hosting because I prefer that control panel. If a company used a debranded control panel where I couldn't tell what they were using I wouldn't buy from them. By the way generic, are you asking to sell WHMCS as if you developed it?
  22. I've used WHMCS for none hosting purposes. A line at the bottom of an admin page did not stop me from doing that.
