whmforum Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 I have an issue integrating WHMCS with OpenSRS Live System. First of all, let me just say that I have done the followings: 1. I managed to integrate WHMCS to the Test System. I can submit order successfully to the test system. 2. I have added WHMCS server IP address to the Live System. 3. I have added additional module file requirements for WHMCS to connect to OpenSRS API. 4. I have added the private key of OpenSRS Live System API. 5. I have opened both port 55443 and 55000 in my server WHMCS support insisted that the issue is related to both ports above being blocked by firewall. However, I have contacted my web hosting provider and confirmed that both ports are no longer being blocked. Note that I have managed to connect to the test system successfully, so I'm assuming that the ports are open. At the moment, WHMCS only gave me a general error message which tells me nothing. whmforum Posted January 19, 2011 Author Share Posted January 19, 2011 The message was "Order Accept Encountered Problem" and a "-" underneath it. That's all. However on another screen, I got the ports error being blocked. Note that I managed to submit order on the test system.
