atechstl
I changed the due date to an invoice to the end of the month and sure enough the account was suspended. My client was pissed. I noticed that there is a hosting Due Date and an Invoice Due date. Should I change this hosting Due Date too? If so that is a ridicules setup.
Administrators WHMCS John Posted January 14, 2011 Administrators Share Posted January 14, 2011 Yes, account suspension/termination is based on the product's Next Due Date, not the invoice.
atechstl
Well thank you for letting me know. I honestly think suspension should be based on the invoice due date instead because that is confusing for WHMCS users.
JofleyUK
no, your invoice date will be before your hosting account is due, ie, when the invoice is sent to the client. The Due date is the date when it should be paid and subsequently within x days suspended from that date.
