Multi Country Operations

NZBro

Question

Hi

I am so new to WHMCS that i haven't even started using as yet.

Before I do I need to know a few things and if I can get some answers i would appreciate it.

My scenario:

I have been web hosting in Australia for 5 years.

I have moved to NZ now and wish to start up here as well as Australia.

I intend to run both the AU and NZ operations from the one account on the Aussie server.

Both hosting services will have the same name except for different TLD's on the domains.

I will be having different plans for the Aussie plans and the NZ plans, with different prices etc.

What i need to know is this, can WHMCS manage certain plans in Australian dollars for Australian clients and other plans in NZ dollars for NZ clients without converting the currency from one to the other?

Do i need a different install of WHMCS for each country or will I have to build 2 website (one for each country) and put links to the country specific plans on those sites or can WHMCS handle it all for me?

Also while I am here.

If i offer my hosting as a promotion, when the people buy the promotional plan through this promotion (which isn't done on my website), they are given an individually generated number, much like raffle ticket numbers.

Is there a feature in WHMCS that allows them to rock up and log in with this number and sign up for their hosting plan?

If I haven't explained myself clearly, please let me know and I will try harder.

Thanks

Hi,

1. You'll need to set pricing in both currencies for all products.

2. You could use different templates and link to them using the URL and place the products in different product groups. But if you want to keep them totally separate, 2 installs and therefore 2 licences would be required.

3. I'm afraid not.
