jacksoggetto
While my costumers are buying, they are asked for their vat. Here in italy we don't need VAT, so I'd like to skip that step. Any advice? Thanks in advance
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 11, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 11, 2011 The VAT field isn't enabled by default and has to be specifically setup by you, so just follow the instructions in reverse to remove it all again: http://docs.whmcs.com/Tax/VAT
jacksoggetto
Everithing in "setup -> tax rules" is unchecked But in the page of domain configuration my clients are asked for their VAT ID. that page is not useful for my clients, since they only thing it does is to ask for the VAT ID, so I want to skip it. Is it possible? It is the page related to the orderform template: configuredomains.tpl
