cocabean
Hi, I keep getting clients setting up multiple subscriptions because they receive an invoice 7days early thinking it is unpaid then click to pay making another subscription. Is there a way to let clients know with subscriptions that they do not need to do anything? Thanks

JofleyUK
You could add text to the invoice template, something similar to what you would have on a utility bill; "If you already pay this bill by subscription then please store this for your records, your subscription payment will come out as normal on the due date" Or something to that affect.
cocabean
Good idea, I shall do this in the mean time. Is there no way for WHMCS to check if subscription has been setup and only send an invoice if a subscription hasn't or has been canceled?
