JFSG
Why isn't a cPanel account automatically created when I make an order in WHMCS? I configured it so that an account is automatically created once an order is made. However, I have to manually accept the order for the account to be created. Anybody knows why or what did I configured wrongly?

JFSG
Thanks for the link. I tried the method the video mentioned. I got this after clicking "create". Module Command SuccessService Created Successfully Yes, the account is setup now, but no login information is sent to my email account created for testing purposes. I doubt the spam filter blocked the mail since the emails containing the invoice is sent without issues. In the "Module Settings" tab under Products/Services, I've selected "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" in the very first place. I had added credits in the client account to process the payment smoothly. When I select "List All Orders", the status of the order is still listed as pending. JFSG
Even when I manually accept the order from the "Manage Orders" page, with the "Payment Status" and "Status" listed as complete and active respectively, the email with the account details isn't sent. JFSG
The account that I manually accepted in "Manage Orders" page doesn't have a cPanel account automatically setup as well. That may be why an email with the account details isn't sent.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 5, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 5, 2011 1. If you click the Create Module Command button no welcome email will be sent, you need to send it manually using the "Send Message" dropdown at the bottom of the client's product/services tab. 2. That's correct, the welcome email won't be sent if the account isn't created on the server.

Why aren't they automatically done and I have to do it manually? Did I miss out some settings?
JFSG
I somehow figured out the issue and solved it. However, despite the cPanel account being provisioned and email sent, the status on the "Manage Orders" page is still in "Pending" state. Any idea why?
