Great: Billing system in general, love it

Don't like: Sorry but customer service for the domain reseller accounts could improve a bit, i have submitted support tickets about my problems with adding funds to my reseller account and they have not been answered. It would be nice to know if my ticket was being looked at.

Wow that doesn't sound right. Support has been one of the best I have seen in most instances. Are you sure your ticket went through and is in the ticket system?

 

I haven't submitted any tickets since Matt added extra help so not sure if that may have something to do with it.

Just have ordered a domain from domains.whmcs.com and paid for it. But the transaction has not been processed. I do not want to buy it somewhere else or i would loose my money. I have had no response on what is going on.
