Ticket ID: 863145 Paid by Paypal Someone sent me a PM but i can't read them cos i'm not autherised to

Just have ordered a domain from domains.whmcs.com and paid for it. But the transaction has not been processed. I do not want to buy it somewhere else or i would loose my money. I have had no response on what is going on.

Great: Billing system in general, love it Don't like: Sorry but customer service for the domain reseller accounts could improve a bit, i have submitted support tickets about my problems with adding funds to my reseller account and they have not been answered. It would be nice to know if my ticket was being looked at.

The domains take ages to get processed and the prices change from frontend of site to checkout. I have put in an order for a .org domain and it said promotion 1.80 at checkout it became 7.95? What is going on?
