Kiwi
It's possible to set a monthly cost for each server if you're operating your own servers. However, I'm reselling individual VPS's. Is it possible for me to factor in the cost of each product for calculating income in WMHCS? Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 29, 2010 Yes, you can add them under Billing > Transaction List > Add Transaction tab. Enter your cost in the "Amount Out" field and leave the invoice ID blank.
Kiwi
Thanks for the response However, I don't think this is what I'm trying to do. I need it to automatically factor in the cost (varies for different products) with existing or at least new transactions. The transactions are all handled automatically (I don't have to input the transactions myself) but I don't know how to have it update the income correctly. I'm sorry if I'm not being clear enough =/
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 29, 2010 There isn't an option to automatically record your costs.
