WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 28, 2010 We'll need some more details of the problem you're having exactly. You can specify the mailserver details for support departments under Setup > Support Departments > Edit.
ws4210
John Thanks I really need to solve this issue . See in support department we have POP3 Importing Configuration (Only required if using POP3 Import method) Hostname Port Login Name Password There is no place to put your smtp in there in set up general setting - mail there are all sort of smtp configuration but not in support departments

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 6, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 6, 2011 All email sending is done using the details in Setup > General Settings > Mail tab. The mail settings under Setup > Support Departments > Edit are only for receiving mail using the POP cron import method.
