Rebel
We have resellers that we set up WHMCS and our packages basically allow resellers to use Web Host Manager (WHM) and add further accounts free of charge. example package A is allowed to host 30 domains -- for $49.95 /month We bill $49.95 a month for this package. The customer now gets billed for his main account. - he now goes into WHM and adds 10 accounts - (these would be free or included) do people track these in WHMCS some how or do people not bother? I am sure others are doing the same thing so I wondering how do you handle there extra account they are signing up through WHM interface? I have been going in once a week and doing it manually but now we just purchased anther hosting company that has 28 resellers who host 500 domains. These companies are very active in adding and deleting accounts with cPanel/WHM so i am wondering if there is a more automated solution with WHMCS thanks
MediaIgniter
We don't bother tracking the accounts created by resellers via WHM in WHMCS. The resellers track and take care of the accounts they create in thier own billing software if any.
bear
Agreed, as long as WHM is only allowing them to set up 30, why bother? They are not your clients, the reseller is.
