m8internet
I have 8 Hosting products, all setup as : Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received The orders process, sending the customers to make their PayPal payment However that is where the process appears to end After that I have to do everything manually The PayPal transaction number is within their order, so this process is being completed The admin area is not creating the account in WHM, as a result it is not creating the relevant package for the customer to use

m8internet
Sadly that was no help as I am not receiving any error messages The customers get sent to PayPal,opening in a new window, and the process ends The final email I receive is the email from PayPal confirming that payment has been made I believe what should happen is that PayPal should then return a message to confirm payment has been made The WHMCS admin area should then automatically run the create script, but it does not When I look in the customers account for the order, then PayPal transaction ID is present, shows as paid http://whmcs.com/tutorials.php?i=3 Checked this video as well, all settings are present and correct Worked with previous provider as well, updated the links accordingly if required Edited December 23, 2010 by m8internet
m8internet
I don't know if this is related, but orders are still not being processed The customers places a manual order to an existing account An invoice is created which is then set to pending I then have to process it manually and approve it Clearly orders are still not being processed automatically

m8internet
The PayPal transaction numbers are being entered into the WHMCS, then marked as PAID Clearly a simple step is missing to then complete the sale and activate the service, ie Create Module and send appropriate email
m8internet
I hope I have now found it In the Servers menu I had set Group 1 with 2 servers I had the option "Add to the least full server" However, I had not proceeded any further and selected either of the servers and "add"ed them Let's see if that now allows order with payments to be automatically setup...
m8internet
Excellent, at last, todays orders all went through once the PayPal transaction had been paid The WHM activation confirmation email and welcome email was sent to the customer However, that left the order with Pending status Can this be automatically updated?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 18, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 18, 2011 However, that left the order with Pending status Can this be automatically updated? No, orders always need to accepted manually even if the product is provisioned automatically: http://docs.whmcs.com/Order_Management
