Where are the type of mail the old version?

I wanted to customize the template Mails.

 

Now! I just noticed that the models for: affiliate, domain, General, invoices, production, supporting, had absolutely no role models.

 

how to create or retrieve such models?

You can't create new email template categories that's correct. There will be no need to as emails can't relate to anything other than the default types.
