UltraUnix
I've search high and low on this forum but couldn't find any definitive answer to my question. Hope you all can help me here. I have a client who took a standard package that comes with a 1GB hosting. However, the client want's to add another 1GB into his account. I've already created the configurable option for the upgrade. Here are the steps i took to upgrade. 1. Open the hosting account under client's page (clientshosting.php) 2. Add 1 into additional disk space 3. Tick "Auto recalculate on save 4. click save changes The recurring price changed correctly but no invoce is created for the price change. My question is, how do I make whmcs calculate the prorated invoice until next renewal. Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 15, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 15, 2010 In version 4.4 you can click the new "Create Upgrade/Downgrade Order" link on the client's products/services tab to achieve this: http://whmcs.com/tutorials.php?i=adminupgrade
