Unreadable characters after importing DB

Last night whmcs installation was deleted accidently and then I reinstalled and re isssued my license and imported DB from php myadmin.

Now in most of the password fields shows some unreadable characters such like Server passwords, client login passwords, etc..

Unreadable characters are linke V�;]����

What should I do now??

You'll need to restore the configuration.php file from your backup. Running a new install will have created a new encryption hash which won't be able to decrypt the passwords, security questions and CC numbers encrypted using the previous hash.
