Password Change error

Recommended Posts

From previous some days, Whenever I want to change the password for my customer cpanel, it shows some characters like chines language charachters. If I enter new password and click on change password, it is the same as before. It is shown for some customers only.

What may be the problem?

These characters mean the encryption hash in your configuration.php file has changed. I'd recommend you restore your configuration.php file rather then give everyone new passwords.

When changing a module password, click the Save Changes button first, then click the Change Password button.
