OK, A client has a service with me.

I also have an addon if he signs up with that addon I promise to give him

10% discount on all future purchase from me what soever new service or new add on

 

 

HOW to DO it?

 

I did this, I made a promotion type percentage recuring

any payment term then in the box Requires : I selected the addon

Yes clients using that addon will be applicable for future discounts

 

However when client tries to buy new product all he gets is a messsage in red:

 

The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet - please check the promotion terms

 

soon this month the client has to pay for his previous purchase

I want the discount be applied to the new payment cycle of the previous purchased product

as well as all future purchase

 

Please help

client has to already have Coffee

OK he did purchase coffee from me

 

If he has coffee he can get an addon sugar

 

and when he buys sugar in future when he tries to buy coffee again he gets 10% discount for the future purchase of coffee and any other shopping...
