Question and forum issues

Question

Hi,

I tried to post in the tips and tricks forum and was told that I did not have permission to post there. I have posted there before but it has been a while. Has my account been deactivated?

All I want to know is how long before a domain renewal is due, is the invoice created. I can find the schedule for the reminders but not for the invoice creation. Can I force an invoice at this time?

Thank you

This is the forum description (emphasis mine):

Tips, Tricks & Howto's

Found a different way of using WHMCS or something that you think would help others? If so, post elsewhere and we'll move it here. (closed to new threads)

Ah, now see obedient n00bs see that forum as where the exact types of questions they want to ask are housed. Probably because that's where they've been gathering information already.

That's exactly what I did, and then spent 10 minutes adding details on my profile trying to figure out what I'd done wrong - if maybe my WHM install wasn't detected, only to end up here.

Appending to the name of the forum would save all that.

"Tips, Tricks & Howto's (No New Threads)" would save all that

or

"Tips, Tricks & Howto's (Saved Threads Only)"
