payment status

I did somthing wrong somehow, somewhere.

 

But on my client list i have a client that it says payment status incomplete. They paid me via paypal and i manually added the payment, and the invoice says paid.. but it still says incomplete on the client list.

 

any ideas

Please ensure you have configured your PayPal IPN settings according to our documentation: http://wiki.whmcs.com/PayPal

When you manually added the payment ensure you added it to the invoice shown on the Order Details page.

Finally ensure you did it the correct way: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Transactions
