Gemster Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 All ticket departments work fine but when replying to the ticket via email it dont work as for the support ticket importing. I have read all docs about this and it seems easy enough but the problem we are facing is that our emails are gmail by google mail. How would i go about useing the ticket import methed with gmail ?
