raeyo
last week a client added a suport ticket. ... I did only find out when I logged in as administrator... so after 5 days he got an answer from me Does the admin gets a notification message? I checked and tested it again and I received no mail (also not in spam folder). The client's mail are comming in without any problems. I already added ***SPAM*** in my setup - spam controle - Blocked subjects... but no luck. thnx in advance raey
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 23, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 23, 2010 Ensure you have the notification checkbox ticked under Setup > Administrators > Edit and Setup > Administrator Roles > Edit > Support Emails.
mediast
Hi John, We are not receiving admin notifications either. The "Support Emails (eg. New Ticket & Ticket Reply Notifications)" box is checked under admin roles for each admin group. We also searched our mail server log file, and there is no evidence of the notifications there either. Thanks, Nick
raeyo
glad I'm not the only one here... All notification checkbox's are ticked here.
mediast
I think I found the issue... Each admin profile also has to be configured to receive email notifications (I'm not sure if this was a default setting that was turned off)... Setup >> Administrators >> Edit Admin >> "Tick this box to receive email notifications when new tickets are opened or responded to".
