Utilities, Setup, and Help tabs in Admin suddenly not working

Hello,

All of the sudden I am not able to click on the Utilities, Setup, or Help tabs in the Admin area. I need to get into the Setup area for obvious reasons. Any ideas?

So the dropdown menu doesn't appear when you hover over those tabs?

Try re-uploading the /includes/jscript directory.

Seemed to work thanks. I few of my default values changed....Can you please tell me what the default values are for:

1. Email CSS Code (General Settings/Mail)

2. Sequential Invoice Number Format (General Settings/Invoices)

 

I'm not sure why those values are now garbled.
