Domplo
Hi all, I am a complete newb when it comes to using WHMCS. I haven't used it for years, and I just re purchased a licence! I have follows the installation instructions and have successfully installed WHMCS. I have configured the general settings, I have added the server and added products. I am trying to import accounts using the inbuilt import feature, I get this message "No Accounts Found - Check Server Login Details if there should be some" I checked the login details on the server page and everything there is correct. When I create an account on WHMCS and purchase a plan and mark the bill as paid etc, I have made the order as active instead of pending. I then check WHM and no account has been setup there. The name of the package on my WHM, when I press edit package is "ranexusc_basic" and on WHMCS I have filled in all relevant details in pricing, details etc, and on the Module settings I used the model name "Cpanel" Server Group as "None" and filled the WHM package name in as "ranexusc_basic" exactly as it is in WHM. Now i've browsed around and couldn't see anything on this? Maybe I am just missing something simple?(hopefully!!) It has been a long day, after all! Sorry for the wall of text, I'm not the best and describing problems! Thanks in advance, Matt Edited November 17, 2010 by Domplo
mylove4life
Best thing to do is ask support to take a look at it.
