Dgital Essence
Hi, I am trying to add two domains to a clients account but can't add the second one. I clicked on the client then Domains and Click here to place a new order. Added a domain to the Hosting Package - Charity, clicked the Domain Registration - Transfer button and everything worked as expected. The domain shows up under their domains. They also have a second domain which I want them to administer through the client area but I can't see how to add this to their account. The domains tab just shows the one I set up and there is no option to add another one. Also, how do you guys set up the domain transfer in WHMCS? Say I want to be able to transfer in a .co.uk for free but charge for other transfer in's. Do you have a different product/Service set up for each transfer tld? thanks.

By placing another order, except this time you don't choose a hosting package - just the domain name.
Dgital Essence
Thanks Scurell. I found the instructions at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry and managed it this way. It was the lack of an add order button on the domains tab that had me. I didn't realise this had to be performed from the Summary Page. So, I have two domains added to a clients account (with DNS Management enabled) and now when I log in to their Client area I can't see anyway of editing their nameservers. The domains have been transferred over to the company I am buying the reseller package from so I would expect my clients to now be able to edit the nameservers. Or even me as I can't see any way of changing them. Or do I have to become a reseller myself and then set this up via Domain Registrars before my clients can edit the nameserves. thanks.
scurrell
Or do I have to become a reseller myself and then set this up via Domain Registrars before my clients can edit the nameservers. You can only edit the nameservers from the admin or client area if the domain is associated with one of the registrar modules - so yes, you need to have a domain account with that registrar.
