atechstl
I posted this question a few days ago but I don't see my post anymore. How do customers store their Credit Card with this module activated? I see no option in the client area nor do I see this option while paying an invoice. This is something I have to have and soon.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 15, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 15, 2010 Are you referring to this one? http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=31636
atechstl
That is another User's post that I commented on. Can you help me with this John? Authroize.net CIM is the whole reason for switching to WHMCS but there is no option for my customers to store their credit cards. At this point Authroize.net CIM does me no good because my customers have to pay their bills manually. Is there something I am missing? The setup was straight forward.

Does CIM work for you now? Did you have to sign up for CIM with Authorize.Net first?
laszlof
Works fine for us. You signup for Authorize.net and then enable CIM service.
