Change Sign Up form fields - make some of them not mandatory

Is it possible to make some fields in Sign Up form that are mandatory by default, not to be mandatory. I don't need to collect buyer's data for my own records.

 

I don't use WHMCS for hosting, but for software subscriptions and I don't need to collect detailed info about my buyers. Also, I think they don't feel comfortable to give me all personal details for ordering just one piece of software, especially if they pay by PayPal.

 

So, I would like to keep all fields in the Sign Up form, but only name, email and password to be mandatory.
