Change Status to Suspend for non-hosting product?

I've created a support product for some IT services and wish the system to automatically change status to "suspended" if payment has not been made. This is to allow me to monitor the status when the customer creates a support ticket.

 

However, the cron fails to suspend the product.

 

0 Services Suspended

- Manual Suspend Required: Joshua Lim - (Service ID: 67 - User ID: 6 - Error: No Module)

 

Is there a way for me to override this check or create a dummy module?

You can use the autorelease module to achieve this.
