kristofferR
How can I remove the Paypal Subscribe button from the paypal redirection page? It's just annoying and cluttering and doesn't serve any real purpose. It lies within {code} and is not directly removable in the template. I have to use some kind of Smarty replace to remove it, but don't know how to do it. The code I want to remove from {code} is <input type="image" src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/x-click-but20.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="Subscribe with PayPal for Automatic Payments">

It is annoying.
GORF
It's just a setting, no need to hack up a template Setup -> Payment Gateways -> PayPal Force One Time Payments -> Never show the subscription payment button
cocabean
So have both of these ticked; Force One Time Payments Force Subscriptions That is confusing

cocabean
Is there not a way to make the image invisible if javascript is enabled?
JofleyUK
Is that correct to remove the subscribe button? But I still want to force subscriptions... ?? Is that not kind of counter productive, remove the button that directs them to the payment method you want them to use. Sorry but from a clients point of view that would be a tad confusing.
