Ðaeva
hello, i need a bit of help when it comes to clients sending email directly to our support department email. Everything is working fine when a client sends email through whmcs. it auto replies, it auto creates a ticket and i am being notified. BUT when a client send emails directly to that email address assigned to that support group. emails are going directly to the support email and its not being logged into the WHMCS system. no ticket, no auto responder informing them that we have received their email. pls help. im using google aps for my emails.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 8, 2010 You don't need to check the support ticket mailbox, downloading an email will stop it from being imported into WHMCS. Please ensure you've got email piping configured correctly: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping:_Google_Apps
