raeyo
Hello, Something strange is going on with my clients passwords (in automatic emails). They sometimes see: password: ********** or password: (empty) In both cases they can't see their password. I already unchecked md5 a few weeks ago after that clients saw always the ******* (saw that in a thread). so after that a reminder is sent (******) or a new product is generated (empty password) I always have to reset and send the password to that client again (this works). Suggestions? thnx in advance raey
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 8, 2010 Yes, after disabling MD5 passwords your clients will need to request a new password the first time they attempt to login, this is explained in the documentation.
