A320guy Posted November 5, 2010 Share Posted November 5, 2010 Can the ticketing system in WHMCS be used to track internal company tickets? For example, I have 3 tech employees. I would like to assign my employees tickets to complete technical tasks in the data center. Customers would never see these tickets, only company employees.
